ITS CHRISTMAASSS IBIFOUNDERSSS!!!
Hello, my amazing IBI Foundry family!
It’s me, your founder, Simon Taki Zaku, and I’m here with a heart full of gratitude and joy to wish you the merriest Christmas and a fantastic New Year in advance!
This journey has just begun, but your support has already made it feel like home.
To all the IBIFounders and visitors reading this, thank you for believing in this dream, for visiting our blog, sharing your time, and trusting us with your stories. You’re not just readers - you’re family.
Every impression, every click, and every message we’ve received means the world to us.
As we close this incredible year, I want to remind you of one thing: you’re the reason this dream is alive.
Your belief in what we’re building inspires us to keep pushing boundaries and creating something extraordinary for Nigeria and beyond.
This Christmas, as you gather with your family, I pray for laughter, peace, and blessings to fill your homes. I hope you eat plenty of jollof rice (don’t worry, I’ve got my share ready here in Taraba State!).
The Journey of IBIFoundry: Let's Recap IbiFoundrys 2024 (3 weeks in)
IBIFoundry - a dream born out of passion, perseverance, and a vision for something greater.
IBIFoundry started as a small idea, a spark in my mind, fueled by my desire to share Nigerian stories, empower entrepreneurs, and showcase the incredible potential of Taraba State and beyond.
But let me be honest with you - it hasn’t been easy.
The journey so far has been filled with late nights, endless brainstorming sessions, and moments where I doubted if this could even work.
Starting from scratch, I worked hard to think about content ideas that truly matter, created content that resonates with people, and promoted it tirelessly to ensure it reaches the right audience.
IBIFoundry is still young, and yes, we’re a struggling team - no revenue (just yet) but driven by sheer determination to make this work.
Behind every blog post, every social media update, and every milestone lies a lot of sweat, hustle, and sleepless nights.
Thinking of content ideas alone is a marathon.
Writing them, editing them, and then promoting them takes another level of grit.
There are days when the words just don’t flow, when ideas feel like they’ve run out, and when I wonder if anyone is really paying attention. But you, my readers, remind me why I do this. The journey is tough, but every milestone we achieve makes it worthwhile.
Let's Celebrate IbiFoundrys Small Wins - Big Gratitude: Our Accomplishments So Far
In just a few weeks, we’ve achieved what some might call small wins, but to us, they are huge victories:
First Sale: Yes, it happened! A small but meaningful milestone.
Over 5,000 Google Impressions: Proof that people are noticing us.
100+ Organic Clicks: All from our hard work in content and SEO.
These might not seem like much to some, but for a team that’s just starting out, they mean the world.
Let’s Celebrate this Christmas & New Year Together!
This holiday season, we want to bring you even closer to the IBIFoundry family.
Share your Christmas moments with us!
Whether it’s a photo of your jollof rice, your Christmas decorations, or a snapshot of you and your loved ones, we’d love to see it.
Send your photos and stories to ibifoundry@gmail.com and you might just be featured on our blog. Let’s make this Christmas a celebration of community, love, and Nigerian joy!
And if you’re feeling creative, here are a few more ways to join the fun:
Share your unique Christmas traditions or your favorite moments of kindness this season.
Send us your favorite jollof rice recipe or a funny story about how it was made this year.
Tag us on social media @ibifoundry with your holiday cheer, and we’ll spotlight your story!
And remember, if you’re ever in Taraba, come chop jollof rice with us o! We’re waiting for you!
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! And above all, let us thank God for the gift of life.
Have a blessed holiday, IbiFounder.
With gratitude,
Simon Taki Zaku
